Tolleson man arrested in sexual assaults, kidnapping attempt
PHOENIX (AP) — A Tolleson man has been arrested in Phoenix and accused of assault and other crimes after allegedly accosting several women and trying to kidnap one of them.
Phoenix police said 19-year-old Juan Ernesto Olguin was arrested in three incidents that occurred Tuesday and Wednesday in southwest Phoenix.
