Pell City residents voice opposition, support for The WellHouse

PELL CITY – More than 150 people attended Monday night’s City Council meeting, voicing both opposition and support for a nonprofit organization operating a residential facility for former prostitutes.

“We are not making a decision tonight,” said Council President James McGowan.
