Eastbound lanes of Route 22 reopened aftter tractor-trailer's load struck overpass

MUNDYS CORNER - Eastbound lanes of Route 22 were closed for more than two hours Monday afternoon at the Mundys Corner Route 271 Exit while PennDOT bridge inspectors examined damage after a tractor-trailer's load struck the overpass.

The closure created only minor delays for Route 22 traffic, as vehicles were detoured onto the exit and then immediately back onto Route 22, bypassing the bridge.
