Board member to make public a report on preventing misconduct in Johnstown Redevelopment Authority

A Johnstown Redevelopment Authority board member has conducted an independent investigation into the organization – without formal approval from the board – and plans to announce the findings on Tuesday.

Mark Pasquerilla retained the services of K&L Gates, an international law firm with a Pittsburgh office, to analyze testimony from the federal court case against former executive director Ron Repak. The document, titled “Recommendations for Mitigating Risks of Future Misconduct at the JRA” is scheduled to be made public during a 1:30 p.m. press conference at Holiday Inn Johnstown-Downtown.
