Rink wants four more yearsafter six years of experience

Six years is not enough.

Kevin Rink says he wants four more years as one of two at-large council members on the Fort Madison City Council. Unlike members representing a specific ward, who are elected by residents within their ward, the two at-large councilman are elected by all city residents. The other at-large councilman is Rusty Andrews, who is not up for election this year.
