Moran to march in Arkalalah parade

U.S. Senator Jerry Moran will join Arkansas City residents for the annual Arkalalah Parade Saturday. The parade marks the final day of the Arkalalah Fall Festival, which began in 1928. The theme for this year’s four-day festival is “Game Night.”
