Taron Egerton, with his very first appearance as Eggsy in the “Kingsman” movie series, garnered worldwide attention. And this was followed by his impeccable performance in portraying Sir Elton John in “Rocketman,” through which he made his mark in the entertainment industry. - He was one of the final two actors, who were contending for the lead role in “Solo: A Star Wars Story.” However, he had to drop out of the project, when the “Kingsman: The Golden Circle” was green-lit sooner than expected.
- For his role as Eddie Edwards in the “Eddie the Eagle,” he learned how to ski, in order to replicate the positions required for ski jumping, and was very much nervous while doing it.
