Ally Brooke, world-renowned as a member of one of the most successful girl bands in the world – “Fifth Harmony,” has already had heads turning with her solo performances. Especially after the 5H’s announcement of indefinite hiatus, she had collaborated with various artists giving out several popular singles. She has had a passion for music even as a child, performing at various events in her schools. She released "Low Key" featuring Tyga, as her official debut single in January 2019. Here are some really interesting facts about the American singer, who is expected to soon release her own solo album:

  1.  In August 2021, Brooke signed a joint record deal with indie labels Duars Entertainment and AMSI, becoming the first female artist to be signed to either company.
  2.  Her first solo project was a feat on American DJ-duo Lost Kings song "Look at Us Now" along with American rapper ASAP Ferg, which was released on June 9, 2017.
  3.  Brooke debuted a new, Spanish-language song titled "Vámonos," collaboration with Kris Kross Amsterdam and Messiah, at the Fusion Festival in Liverpool, England on September 2, 2018.
  4.  Prior to the official release of the song on November 23, 2018, she performed the song at the 2018 ALMA Awards, held on November 4, 2018 at Los Angeles.
  5.  She is the Celebrity Ambassador for March of Dimes, a nonprofit organization which focuses on creating awareness to prevent premature birth, birth defects and infant mortality.
  6.  Allyson Brooke Hernandez was born on July 7, 1993 in San Antonio, Texas to Jerry Hernandez and Patricia Castillo. She has an older brother Brandon Hernandez.
  7.  She was actually born as a 6-week-premature baby, weighing just one pound and fourteen ounces at the time of birth.
  8.  Despite being a Mexican descent, her parents raised her as a non-Spanish speaker, in an effort to prevent her from being discriminated against in school.

  12.  Brooke performed “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door,” for her bootcamp round against Julia Bullock, in which she was eliminated.
  13.  However, she was brought back, along with four other contestants - Dinah Jane, Normani, Lauren Jauregui, and Camila Cabello, who were also eliminated in their respective single rounds.
  14.  These five contestants together formed the group, which became to be known as “Fifth Harmony,” and advanced to the live shows and managed to finish in third place.
  15.  During the week 4 performance of the group in the show, in which they performed "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)" by Kelly Clarkson, her grandfather had passed away.
  16.  Initially she was set to perform a solo show in July 2017, in São Paulo, but the show was cancelled, due to various reasons, including her schedule with the band.
  17.  On January 24, 2018, she joined Plácido Domingo to sing two songs at the Convention Center's Lila Cockrell Theatre in San Antonio, Texas.
  18.  Brooke worked with German DJ Topic for the song "Perfect", which was released on January 26, 2018, along with its music video.
