1.  Rahm signed a multi-year agreement with Callaway Golf Company on January 4, 2021, which included all equipment and clothing. With this, he ended his association with TaylorMade, which started when he first turned professional.
2.  He won the Memorial Tournament on July 19, 2020, reaching number one in the Official World Golf Ranking. With this, he became the second Spaniard after Seve Ballesteros to be number one in the world.
