Third ACA sign-up period to target 10.5 million uninsured Americans - Washington Post

As a third open enrollment season approaches under the Affordable Care Act, federal officials say that 10.5 millions uninsured Americans qualify for coverage through health exchanges created by the law.

These people, who have not taken advantage of the opportunity to buy health plans through those insurance marketplaces during the past two years, will be a focal point of federal efforts to bolster sign-ups for 2016.
