Former Ashville coach killed in wreck

ASHVILLE – A former Ashville coach was killed in a two-vehicle collision Wednesday night.

St. Clair County Coroner Dennis Russell identified the victim as Julius Cook, 57, of Attalla, who was pronounced dead at the scene at 10:30 p.m.
