Oxford Lumber builds relationships

According to Oxford Lumber owner Bill Newman, there are three types of shopper that visit the home and hardware store:

"We get the mission shopper, the browser and the project person," said Newman. Oxford Lumber employees are trained to look for lists-in-hand to know shoppers on a mission, to hear questions for advice about building decks and installing cabinetry and know they've got a weekend project to help with. The variety keeps things fresh.
