Arkansas Gets $4M to Fund Apprenticeship Program

LITTLE ROCK - The U.S. Department of Labor has awarded $4 million to Arkansas to help expand apprenticeship programs in certain industries.

The Arkansas Department of Workforce Services says the money will fund the Arkansas Apprenticeship Pathway Initiative, which will focus on high-growth industries including health care, information technology and advanced manufacturing.
