Hillary Clinton Plans Arkansas Stop in Presidential Campaign

LITTLE ROCK - Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Rodham Clinton is planning a second campaign stop in Arkansas.

Clinton plans to speak  at Philander Smith College, a private, historically black college in Little Rock. Her campaign calls the visit a grassroots organizing meeting.
