State Set to Exit Home Health Arena

A decision by the Arkansas Department of Health to phase out the state’s In-Home Health services will leave 76 Arkansas Department of Health employees in Ashley County seeking employment and 206 patients in the county transitioning to private sector providers.

Services offered through the local program include home health, personal care, physical and occupational therapy, mother and infant program, and wound care.
