Suns finish 11th at UIndy Invite

CARMEL, Ind. — Chopping three shots off its first-round score, the Arkansas Tech women’s golf team finished in 11th place against solid competition at the UIndy Fall Invitational Tuesday.

Four Golden Sun golfers bettered or tied their first-round scores, as the team finished its second round at Prairie View Golf Club with a 33-over 321, wrapping up the two-day competition with a 645, three shots better than 12th-place Lindenwood and three shots behind 10th-place California (Pa.).
