Big Bear match gives Yucca Valley golfers fifth league win

YUCCA VALLEY — The Yucca Valley High School golf team boosted its record to 5-3 in the De Anza League with a 239-309 victory against the Big Bear High School Bears Thursday, April 16.

The Trojans’ No. 1 player, Jared Lindley, shot a 45, and Tyler Brooks shot 46, his low score for the season. Kyle Aarup shot a 48 and Cole Harrison shot a 49.
