Local resident McFarquhar will be a queen at Panamanian picnic
Local resident Michelle McFarquhar has been named one of the queens who will be participating in an annual Panamanian picnic on Aug. 23.
McFarquhar will be Miss Independencia during the event, which will take place at Bonelli Park in San Dimas.
