Fontana's Frank Montes is elected chairman of California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce

Frank Montes of Fontana has been elected the chairman of the Board of Directors of the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce.

The election took place during the group's annual convention in Sacramento recently.
