Suspect In Sugarloaf Mountain Slaying Pleads Not Guilty To First-Degree Murder, Attempted Murder Charges

The suspect in a Saturday homicide on Sugarloaf Mountain Road pleaded not guilty Wednesday to first-degree murder and first-degree attempted murder.

Appearing before Circuit Court Judge Stephen Tabor by video from the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center Aaron Michael Cutsinger, 25, of Hartford pleaded not guilty to the charges.
