Colombia, FARC Guerrillas Make Key Advance in Peace Talks - Wall Street Journal

BOGOTÁ, Colombia—President Juan Manuel Santos is making a surprise trip to Cuba on Wednesday, where he and FARC guerrilla commanders are expected to announce a breakthrough in peace talks that will bring Colombia closer to ending a half-century of conflict, people familiar with the talks said.
