EHS volleyball sweeps at Mill Valley

Monday brought another pair of games for the Emporia High volleyball team, as well as another pair of victories. The Spartans beat host Mill Valley in three sets, 25-21, 25-27 and 25-22, before taking Ottawa down in two, 25-13 and 25-16.

“I thought it was a team effort all the way around,” EHS head coach Carly Spicer said. “Everyone stepped up and when we stick together as a team, we’re playing great ball.”
