As the only football team in the Big Ten without an indoor practice facility, Maryland is forced to practice in the elements each week.  On Thursday morning, shortly before the league announced it was moving up Saturday’s kickoff time against Michigan to noon because of concerns over Hurricane Joaquin, Maryland put the final touches on its preparation in the rain in College Park.
