Questioning of jurors continue at trial of Massey CEO

Attorneys for former Massey CEO Don Blankenship filed a response Friday to a motion to intervene filed by the Charleston Gazette-Mail and West Virginia Public Broadcasting requesting that the the jury selection process be open to the media and the public.

Earlier, Blankenship's attorneys had asked the jurors questioning be held in camera (concealed from public view).
