Breast cancer survivors find comfort in community - Wicked Local Danvers

The ACS organizes the annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, which generates funds for research and patient support services. Last year’s Boston event raised $2.5 million.

The American Cancer Society projects that there will be more than 1.6 million new cancer cases and more than 589,000 cancer deaths in the United States this year.
