Man overdoses in 3-year-old's room after mom gave him heroin, police say

WINDBER – A Paint Township woman has been charged with providing heroin to a man who shot up – and then overdosed – in her child’s bedroom.

State police said they arrived at 22-year-old Kelli Renee Manges’ Seanor Road residence to find stamp bags and syringes “in plain view” – and that Manges admitted injecting two bags of the drug there with the Johnstown man earlier that day while the 3-year-old was at home.
