Rehoboth Beach YOGA will hold a Svaroopa® Vidya Meditation Satsang with Mati (Sandy) Gilbert on Wednesday, October 28 at 630 PM. New and experienced meditators are welcome.

Satsang means in the company of Truth and is a free program based in the ancient yogic tradition. Let’s get together and meditate.
