Convention Center expenses, revenue lower than projected

The Pine Bluff Convention Center has spent less money than it expected year-to-date and also taken in less money, members of the Civic Auditorium Complex Commission and Advertising and Promotion Commission heard at a Tuesday meeting.

The commissions’ finance committee Chairman Joe Blackerby presented a September financial report for the Convention Center.
