PennDOT honors "Paint the Plow" snowplow art winners

EBENSBURG – As winter approaches, nine colorful snowplows are ready to hit roads in the area, with two of them declared winners on Tuesday afternoon.

In September, eight area school districts were tasked with painting PennDOT snowplow blades, part of the first “Paint the Plow” campaign through the agency’s Cambria County maintenance office.
