British people are left stuck in their homes with the fear of getting infected. However, to cheer them up, there are people who have cheered their neighbours and friends up in a simple act of cute and adorable comedy.
A report went viral online when one of the suburban neighbourhoods in Stockport, United Kingdom showed that one of their neighbours has put up some twists and spreading positivity to the whole neighbourhood who are now in quarantine.
Ted and Ed
The anonymous neighbours shared tons of smiles to their neighbour's faces when they set up two giant teddy bears in their front yard. The two bears were arranged as if they were cleaning the yard and doing chores.
The person behind the cute little project chose to remain anonymous from reports, but they shared that the bears were named Ted and Ed. The teddy bears were also known as the "Moor Bears." In photos that have escalated in social media and reports, the two bears were seen vacuuming the grass and washing their owner's car.
The two gigantic plushies were so cute and many people in the neighbourhood and those who saw it online were amused with them. They have been doing several activities for the last 20 days and people are looking forward to their activities every single day.
The plushies' owners said that the reason why they made such fun ideas is that they know everyone is feeling a little deprived of their freedom since they are forced to stay at home. However, they want to let people see the benefits of staying home, such as having more time for family and getting a stronger relationship with their neighbours.
The owners also said that the teddy bear idea was from the popular children's book titled "We're Going On A Bear Hunt," and it had them thinking that they should arrange the bears outside their house or in front of their windows as if they are doing some activities.
The activities also formed some sort of entertainment for the neighbours and showed that there are lots of activities to try at home that could be fun and exciting for the whole family.
The owners shared that they have made new friends through the bears and they have received some cute little notes from people who pass by, expressing their gratitude for the positivity and smiles they have brought to them.
