No Luck for French President, No World Leader Wants to Shake His Hand (PHOTO)

French President François Hollande's has had a year of ups and downs in the political arena, but what he will be most remembered for this year will be his awkwardly botched handshakes with other world leaders.

Dutch newspaper de Volkskrant collected a series of photographs showing a year of failed handshakes in 2013 with a variety of world leaders including Iran's new president, Hasan Rouhani and EU Commission president Manuel Barroso.
