Bank of America Corp. shareholders voted Tuesday to let Chairman and CEO Brian Moynihan keep both jobs, a vote of confidence for Mr. Moynihan after a tumultuous six years at the helm.
The bank announced the results after a brief 15-minute shareholder meeting at its headquarters in Charlotte, N.C., and said 63% of shares voted were cast in favor of its proposal to keep Mr. Moynihan in both jobs.
