There's no mistaking Artistic Addictions for anything other than a tattoo shop, even from the outside.
Twin tattoo needles five or six feet tall cross like the bones of a Jolly Roger flag on the outside wall, painted in blue and gold and grey. The interior of the shop is lined with artwork, hundreds of drawings of potential tattoos for customers to look through. There's a light table behind the counter where artists draw custom artwork, before porting it over to a desktop computer to finalize designs. It's exactly what you'd expect -- at least until you get into the equipment.
