Jurupa Hills will begin football season on Aug. 27

The high school football season gets under way on Thursday, Aug. 27, and the Jurupa Hills Spartans are excited about having a chance to play earlier than almost all other teams in Southern California.

Jurupa Hills will travel to Citrus College in Glendora for its non-league opener against Gladstone, marking the first time in the school's six-year history that the team will play on a community college field.
