If the Ohio State offense is to get out of its two-game rut, one of the individuals who helped drive it into the ditch will continue his leading role.
After a few days worth of uncertainty, head coach Urban Meyer announced Wednesday evening that Cardale Jones, who opened under center the first three games, will remain as the Buckeyes’ starting quarterback and will get the nod for this Saturday’s game against Western Michigan. At his Monday press conference, when he talked of not having decided yet on Jones or J.T. Barrett, Meyer explained that “no one has beaten out the other.”
