Dental screenings provided for elementary students

Thanks to a grant and the volunteer efforts from the dental community, Chanute Elementary and preschool children all went home with new toothbrushes after having their teeth checked.

School Nurse Kathy Martin organi zed the dental screenings that took place at the school on Feb. 25-26.
