Former “Scandal” star Columbus Short pleaded no contest to felony assault in a March 2014 brawl on Thursday.
Short, 33, who once played Harrison Wright on the hit ABC show, punched a man at a Los Angeles restaurant and knocked him out, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
