Madison County Council asked to resolve pay issue

ANDERSON – It happens once every seven years, an extra pay period that will have the Madison County Council deciding how to deal with the situation.

During the first day of 2016 budget hearings on Monday, Auditor Jane Lyons said because of the additional pay period, county employees will receive a smaller paycheck every two weeks.
